We initially only ordered gravel from Schrock's. Matt responded right away to my message and showed up right when he said he would. While he was at my house, we started talking about a future project I wanted to do. He actually gave us a few better options to think about and priced them out immediately. The work has now been completed, we ended up saving money with his knowledge and suggestions. We now have a wonderful parking area at our home, our RV has a forever parking spot. We needed to fill and grade a pit in our yard to fulfill a contingency for sale of our house. After I left a message, Matt Schrock came out the next day to evaluate, then had us on the schedule for that Saturday. Despite having a family, he was out at 8pm on a Friday to drop off the loader. The project was essentially done by noon the next day, with more than enough time before settling on the sale. Really appreciate his hard work. Hope his company continues to grow. ✌️

We had our driveway re-gravelled. He was very timely, efficient, quick, and very reasonably priced. He even followed up for maintenance and came right back out when the driveway needed re-leveling a year later. He also helped us manage rain drainage to prevent heavy wear on the driveway too keep it good longer. Great service!!

Matt Schrock is by far the most professional guy around. He was upfront with pricing and delivery, I added additional material and he was flexible, and he worked around our mutual busy schedules to deliver topsoil and gravel very quickly. I have an odd shaped driveway and getting in is always tough, he backed the trailer in and got material as close as possible to the desired area no problem. I will 100% use Schrock's Land Management in the future for larger jobs. Cannot recommend them enough!

I worked with Matt when my wife and I were having our house built. Matt was very attentive and his pricing was fair. Matt delivered a product better than we thought was possible in the time and budget allotted.
